CARLO SCARPA AT CASTELVECCHIO

The Castelvecchio Museum is world-famous for its design by Carlo Scarpa, which is still preserved, and for its art collections.
The museum itinerary winds through approximately thirty rooms within the Castelvecchio fortress complex dedicated to sculpture, Italian and foreign paintings, ancient weapons, ceramics, goldsmithing, miniatures, and city bells.
This section contains all the documentary materials related to the restoration and layout of the Castelvecchio Museum from 1958 to 1974, including drawings, photographs, and surveys.
